Welcome to Love County EMS, dba as Mercy Health-Love County EMS. Based in Marietta, Oklahoma, we are halfway between Dallas and Oklahoma City on I-35. We are an Advanced Life support EMS, the sole provider in a rural county of 490 square miles. Operated as a 522 District, we have an appointed EMS Board, with an agreement for day-to-day operations through the county hospital, Love County Health Center. The hospital has operating partnerships with the Sisters of Mercy Health System, and does business as Mercy Health-Love County. We operate 5 Type I ambulances out of 2 stations. Station 1 is on hospital grounds and medics are an integral part of ER operations. Station 2 is located at WinStar World Casino, in southern Love County, through a venture with the great Chickasaw Nation.
