Welcome to Love County EMS / Mercy Health-Love County EMS.    Based in Marietta, Oklahoma, we are halfway between Dallas and Oklahoma City on I-35. We are an Advanced Life support EMS, the sole provider in a rural county of 500 square miles, which contains one of the nations largest Casinos, WinStar World Casino.

We operate 7 Type I ambulances out of 2 stations. Station 1 is on hospital grounds and medics are an integral part of ER operations. Station 2 is located at WinStar World Casino, in southern Love County, through a venture with the great Chickasaw Nation.  We also operate a Fire Brigade at Station 2, providing not only EMS services, but fire fighting and rescue services.

 We are an American Heart Association Training Center, with Training Sites in Oklahoma and Texas. Training is conducted in-house with a full time Training Officer and dedicated classroom. We have a County appointed EMS Board, with an agreement for day-to-day operations through the county hospital, Love County Health Center.  The hospital has operating partnerships with the Sisters of Mercy Health System, and does business as Mercy Health-Love County.
